• Location: St. Mary's County, Calvert County Maryland Area
• Qualifications:  High School Diploma and 2+ years experience in residential home construction, speak fluent English, hold current U.S. citizenship status and valid driver’s license.
• Hourly Pay: Commensurate with experience.

T. VanMeter Construction, LLC, has an excellent opportunity for a Part-time Handyman or Handywoman/Remodeling Crew Member in the St. Mary’s County, Calvert County, Maryland Area.

Successful candidate must be capable of reading and implementing work orders/drawings/schedules and work within deadlines for each job. Candidate must possess handyman type maintenance/light remodeling (pull and replace) type project experience for inside and outside tasks, including: basic carpentry, drywall, basic plumbing, painting, basic electrical, hauling/towing, yard work and general home repair skills. 

Excellent communication and customer service skills are an absolute must.  Candidates must be honest, trustworthy and carry themselves professionally.  Candidates must submit to a standard background check and a drug test prior to their employment.  Successful candidate must also agree to random drug testing throughout their employment. 

Hourly pay is commensurate with experience, plus bonuses, gas allowance, tool allowance after six (6) months of employment.  Job bonuses are based on client satisfaction.   Must provide tools and transportation for work.
